The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the execution of marketing strategies to promote our preferred vendor partners and support the sales team. This position will report to the Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating flyers, ads, trade show collateral and other marketing materials to promote new items, preferred vendors and sales efforts. This position will be extensively involved in the planning and coordination of Singer's trade show as well as the company's participation in other industry shows and events. The Marketing Specialist will track the usage of Singer's marketing funds and compile the results of sales promotions.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
1-3 years of experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated teamwork skills to work with vendors, buyers and the sales team along with the ability to work independently.
Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
