The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors, in person, virtually, or on the telephone, answering and referring inquiries. In addition, the receptionist handles a variety of administrative duties such as data entry and mail sorting, among others.
This is a normal office job that will be performed within the company’s corporate office. This job will require reading paper and electronic documents, word processing at a computer, and filing. It also requires using normal office equipment (computers, telephones, copiers, printers, fax machines, shredders) and occasional lifting, up to 25 pounds.
