Under the general direction of Project Managers, the Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting, organizing, and tracking project activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project management team to coordinate resources, equipment, and information. This position functions as a liaison between Project Managers, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders.
High School diploma or equivalent; Minimum of 1 year of related experience; Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment; Must be able to work independently while handling multiple priorities and responsibilities; Must have strong problem-solving, time management, organization, and customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required; Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
