Under the general direction of the Project Managers, the Project Coordinator is responsible for managing, organizing, and tracking multiple project activities simultaneously. This is a critical position that ensures timely project completion that is within budget and meets company standards. The Project Coordinator exercises considerable initiative and independent judgement while assessing project activities, drawing conclusions, negotiating, managing logistics, and recommending the best course of action to achieve desired results.
High School diploma or equivalent; Minimum of 1 year of related experience; Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment; Must be able to work independently while handling multiple priorities and responsibilities; Must have strong problem-solving, time management, organization, and customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required; Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
