The Adinistrative Assistant will provide both general office and project support, as well as support the division President as needed.
Duties include but are not limited to answering/directing phone calls, sorting/distributing incoming & outgoing mail, data entry, ordering office supplies, coordinating internal meetings and events, booking travel arrangements for Install Team, Project Managers, etc, assist in collection of order acknowledgements, and other general office duties as may be assigned from time to time.
This position will also cross train to create project warranty sheets and prepare operations and maintenance manuals for all completed projects, including calling in start-ups, setting up demonstrations and placing service calls.
In addition, this position will complete, maintain, and update all customer required pre-qualification statements, reports and filings.
High School diploma or equivalent; Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in an office environment; Must have strong problem-solving, time management, organization, and customer service skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills are required; Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
