To work with multiple Salesmen on expediting service calls, creating Owners Manuals, and provide administrative support on day-to-day operations


  • Service:
    • Contact and schedule service companies when issues arise on current and past sales concerning commercial food service equipment. Follow up with service company and customer until completely resolved.
    • Keep Database of all service-related events with immaculate records.
    • Have organized detailed info on warranty dates and ensure Company is not eating costs when service invoices should be the customer or factories responsibility.
    • Request Start Ups and Demonstrations for all projects and obtain and distribute start up reports.
    • Keep database of all start up and demo requests and completions.
  • Close Out Documents:
    • Prepare all close out documents for jobs nearing completion.
    • Distribute all equipment manuals.
    • Prepare warranty information and serial #’s for all equipment supplied.
  • Tracking:
    • Oversee that all items ordered for main job are arriving on time and redirect any items that need to go direct to the site.
    • Make sure all items going to fabricators are received.
    • Track all CO/Punch List item adds to the site or installer. Communicate with site or receiver that the item has physically been received.
  • Administrative:
    • Place purchase orders for service, freight, and installation when needed.
    • Assist Project Managers with customer requests for information.
    • Assist Finance Department with customer billings and collections.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities

  • Good organizational skills.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be proficient, quick, and comfortable with computer navigation and operation.

Preferred Education:

  • High School diploma or comparable experience. Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft programs is required.

Preferred Experience:

  • 3-5 years customer service. Food Service Industry experience, working for a dealer, factory, or restaurant.
