QuickBase Administrator

This position will assist with multiple contract technology projects that will improve the current company’s platform and standardize processes amongst teams. Lead departmental training and development of standard operating procedures. Once all technology projects are complete, this position will transition to the company’s internal QuickBase developer and software administrator.

• Coordinate and record weekly contract technology meetings
• Coordinate and assist teams with OneDrive data migration project and required training
• Lead administrator for QuickBase development and integration of all contract teams.
• Manage timelines to ensure all resources are in place to keep the QB project on track for a January 1, 2023, go live date. Provide and coordinate testing of phased deliverables from developer and communicate results to all parties.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• QuickBase experience
• Prelude ERP experience
• Understanding of Construction industry & processes
• Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, OneDrive, Project, and SharePoint)
