Overview

This position will assist with multiple contract technology projects that will improve the current company’s platform and standardize processes amongst teams. Lead departmental training and development of standard operating procedures. 

 

 

***Hybrid role but some in office required for meetings, training, and testing with some remote flexibility***

Responsibilities

  • Lead administrator for QuickBase development and integration of all contract teams.
  • Reviewing and interpreting existing or new business processes and creating design specifications working alongside stakeholders and project managers
  • Maintaining documentation and tracking development work to assist with UAT, supporting development related discussions and for future reference purposes
  • Coordinate and record weekly contract technology meetings
  • Coordinate and assist teams with OneDrive data migration project and required training
  • Manage timelines to ensure all resources are in place to keep the QB project on track for a February 1, 2023, go live date. Provide and coordinate testing of phased deliverables from developer and communicate results to all parties.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • QuickBase experience
  • Understanding of Construction industry & processes
  • Proficient in Office 365 Core Applications
  • ERP experience - a plus
