M. Tucker, one of the largest food service and equipment distributors is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to handle administrative data entry and clerical functions for the sales team.  M. Tucker is experiencing tremendous growth and is increasing internal support to handle the expansion in the Miami market. 


  • Handling administrative, data entry and clerical functions for the Sales Team.
  • Request and file quotes for entry into spreadsheets.
  • Provide completed paperwork to purchasing for equipment procurement on awarded jobs.
  • Review awarded jobs with project management to ensure they have a proper understanding of the scope of work.
  • Other duties as requested.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities

  • Experience using the Auto Quote (AQ360) software is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
  • Customer first attitude; going above and beyond to satisfy each customer.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasing phone manner.
  • Detail-oriented with acute listening skills.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.
