Singer Equipment company is seeking a detail-oriented, hands on individual to join the Contract Sales team.  


  • Report to the Contract Sales, Team Leader
  • Be responsible to direct, coordinate and oversee internal administrative activities ensuring development and efficient execution of systems to meet current and future needs of the team
  • Collaborate with Contract Operations, Manager and Team Leader to maximize efficiency in reporting and job execution
  • Manage the accuracy of equipment tracking logs and reporting method to customers
  • Directly manage administrative support staff and oversee daily workflow lending expertise and guidance
  • Partner with Contract Operations, Manager and Team Leader to establish and meet team goals
  • Work with Purchasing Department to identify inefficiencies and implement best practices for purchase order requests
  • Select appropriate training for project coordinators and assist with goal setting and performance reviews

Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum 5 years industry-related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
