Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist

Singer is seeking a motivated individual, who can combine their analytical skills with their creativity skills to excel in our Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist position. This individual must be a detail-oriented team player with exceptional judgment to manage listings and grow sales in online marketplaces. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with 2-3 years of relevant experience who is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced digital/e-commerce environment.

The Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist time will be spent managing Singer listings, optimizing product visibility, researching new opportunities, analyzing data, and adjusting pricing/inventory for all third-party online marketplaces.

• Create, manage, and optimize listings for all marketplaces
• Use proprietary software to manage the listings, reporting, and optimization of product listings.
• Take/Edit  product pictures (sometimes requiring travel to our other offices/whse)
• Compile accurate information on new products and vendors from multiple sources.
• Create, manage, and optimize listings for all marketplaces
• Monitor and update any outdated information on products and/or manufacturers (gather product details, specs, images, etc.)
• Monitor competitive listings and product pricing on all marketplaces
• Maintain detailed understanding of the mechanics of all backend tools, processes and systems

• Associate Degree or comparable experience.
• 1 year of foodservice experience in a restaurant establishment preferred
• 2-3 years of Microsoft Office experience with strong Excel skills.
• 2-3 years of experience using internet search engine tools
• Customer-driven sense of urgency
• Ability to organize workload to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 
• Strong data entry skills.
