The Marketing Department is seeking an individual who knows the ins and outs of planning and executing an event, whether it’s for 50 people or 500! Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment. The Event Coordinator will plan and execute internal and external events across Singer Equipment Company, based on our departmental and corporate strategies. This will require a passion for event-planning and exceeding guest expectations and offers growth opportunities within the Singer family of companies for the right individual. Day to day, (s)he will be responsible for effectively and efficiently monitoring and managing all aspects of event preparation, execution, and follow-up across many divisions and teams. The Event Coordinator will report to the Brand Strategist. 


  • Manage internal calendar of events and trainings. 
  • Prepare and execute events, and critically evaluate them in follow-up 
  • Coordinate communication to trade partners, customers, company stakeholders. 
  • Disseminate relevant materials to enterprise following corporate standards. 
  • Support additional marketing projects and efforts as requested.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college in a business or communications related program but may consider some college and experience in lieu of degree. 
  • Relevant experience in marketing, event planning, or advertising preferred. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Excellent time management and organization skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships. 
  • Ability and interest in intermittent travel.
