Overview

Reporting to the Philadelphia Metro/Delaware Sales Manager, the Sales Supervisor must have a passion for training and developing sales teams. You will be responsible for managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and building and maintaining customer relationships within the designated district. We are looking for a result-driven individual with a passion for training and developing sales teams. If you have a track record of success in training and developing sales teams, we encourage you to apply for this position as a Sales Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Train and develop the sales force to ensure they have the necessary skills to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and lead sales teams, provide coaching, training, and corrective action if necessary.
  • Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop plans to maximize sales revenue.
  • Identify key customers, build relationships, and understand their needs to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to achieve the organization's goals.
  • Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions to address any performance issues.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and leading a team. 3+ years of management experience.
  • Strong training and development experience, with proven examples.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer and internal relationships.
  • Ability to work interdepartmentally with other leaders to achieve the organization's goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving company targets and goals.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Computer and software proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, CRM, ERP)
