Singer Equipment Company is looking for a Sales Systems Trainer with experience in both design and delivery of sales systems training. Must be a high-energy team player with a passion for systems improvement, streamlining processes, developing best practices and achieving maximum efficiencies company wide. You will be supporting the entire sales distribution team which includes both Sales and Sales Support.


The Sales Systems Trainer will report directly to the Distribution Sales Trainer.  In this role you will contribute to all aspects of sales enablement including  onboarding,  needs assessments, content and program development, coaching, delivering instructor-led  and on-line as well as designing eLearning content for our LMS.  This role requires approximately 20% travel throughout the east coast on a yearly basis.


What You'll Do As The Trainer

Train all new hires through the Onboarding Sales Systems Training, providing check point coaching throughout their first 90 days and beyond

  • Develop engaging sales assets for Sales Systems to include job aids, tutorials, microlearning’s and just in time training resources
  • Design training for sales and sales management on use of all new CRM software
  • Provide ongoing field support on new CRM software utilization
  • Advise frontline sales and customer service managers on effective coaching strategies through sales systems training programs and individual mentorship
  • Regularly work with sales support staff  to assess sales support skills and processes on-site and identify areas for improvement
  • Organize and deliver instructor-led training for sale support, managers, and reps on strategies for effective utilization of sales systems
  • Manage sales systems training assets, ensuring that all new process’ are quickly upgraded and integrated into training material and accessible to the sales teams 
  • Facilitate and lead regional sales systems enablement sessions and meetings

Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities

What You'll Bring As The Trainer

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
    • Expertise in PowerPoint is a must, video production and editing is plus
    • 1-3 years’ experience in training and design. Field sales experience is a plus
    • Experience in delivering sales training programs in one-to-one settings, traditional classroom formats, and web-based platforms
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Executive-level verbal and written communication skills; advanced presentation skills required
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think systematically
    • Knowledge and understanding of instructional design process, program design principles, and practices
