Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and maintain all divisional updates and act as functional administrator for all AQ divisions, to ensure consistency.

Responsibilities

1. AQ Program Management

  • Mfr Settings – manage/maintain all divisional updates to ensure consistency
    • Oversee divisional admins - only utilize as necessary
    • Develop a better process to add manufacturers/items (w/ ERP & AQ Vendor #)
    • Review & maintain user-added manufacturers - filter out duplicates & unused
  • Admin Settings
    • Functional administrator for ALL AQ divisions - perform all divisional updates
      • Maintain & oversee divisional admins, as needed (liaison to divisions)
    • Company Settings - oversee AQ divisional level maintenance
    • Logo - oversee AQ divisional level maintenance
    • Deviated Prices - create deviated price CSV files & perform all divisionalentries/updates (supported by Purchasing)
      • Coordinate w/ Purchasing Dept
      • Coordinate with divisional admins
      • Coordinate and align with the Product Team
    • Manage Fields - oversee AQ divisional level maintenance
    • Company Notes - perform all divisional entries/updates
      • Maintain/update Terms & Conditions as needed
    • Roles & Permissions - manage enterprise-wide
      • Review & clean-up
    • Project Sharing - manage enterprise-wide

2. AQ User Management (proactive)

  • Approve AQ invoices for A/P
  • Updates, Incidents & Outages - track & notify all users promptly
  • User Questions / Problems – assist users directly if possible and be their advocate with AQ when needed
  • Rebate calculations for Contracts teams

3. Primary AQ liaison/contact

  • Initiate and track all AQ Tech Support cases & related correspondence until resolved
  • AQ User Portal - become familiar with this & use it regularly where it offers value

4. Regular program reviews

 

5. Develop internal training plan

  • Provide regular tips & tricks for users. These will also be posted on our LMS

 

Secondary Job Responsibilities (as time allows):

 

  • Work with the product team to ensure product attribute data is fully enriched for Ecom, CRM, etc.
  • Generate sales reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide insights into sales trends and opportunities as well as conducting win/loss analysis to identify where and why Singer is winning or losing on quotes
  • Analyze sales data to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Potentially assist with new hire onboarding by providing AQ trainings and conduct regular training sessions and workshops to reinforce best practices and ensure alignment with sales objectives.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities

  • Deep knowledge and experience with AQ is key/primary.
  • Experience at a dealer and in sales/quoting
  • Systems oriented mind
