We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an AutoQuotes Program Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our AQ program to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction.


Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Admin Oversight: Act as the functional administrator for the Singer AutoQuotes program and all divisional AQ instances and admins, performing necessary updates and maintenance tasks.
  2. Manufacturer Settings Management: Manage and maintain all divisional updates to ensure consistency across the enterprise.
  3. User Management: Manage AQ users and liaise with various departments including IT, Purchasing, Product Team, Sales and divisional admins to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  4. User Support: Serve as the primary point of contact with AutoQuotes & with Singer AQ users for AQ-related inquiries, assisting users directly and advocating for their needs with AQ support when necessary.
  5. Training & Development: Develop and implement internal training plans, providing regular tips and tricks to users and facilitating workshops to reinforce best practices.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  2. Sales Support: Generate sales reports and dashboards, assisting with new hire onboarding through AQ training as needed.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project or Program Management or related field preferred.
    • Strong understanding of ERP systems and experience with AQ (AutoQuotes) program preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
