Overview

The IT Project Coordinator will play a key role in facilitating project communication, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on time, along with providing assistance handling service desk tickets. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Executing project goals and following plans set by the IT Project Data Supervisor.
  • Coordination: Coordinate and schedule project activities, meetings, and resources. Ensure that project tasks are assigned and completed in a timely manner.
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and team members to assist in project planning, including defining objectives, tasks, and timelines.
  • Change Management: Help manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, and communicate these changes to stakeholders.
  • Travel of up to 30% may be required for this position.
  • Resolving tickets that have been escalated from other Service Desk staff.
  • Answering Tickets in the Track-IT queue.
  • Working with IT Service Desk Coordinator on tickets to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Documenting in Track-IT ticket all details about a reported issue, steps taken to resolve, and the Resolution if there is one.
  • Able to perform tasks to assist the IT Data Coordinator & IT Systems Maintenance.
  • Other Tasks as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work in-person at the Elverson, PA office 2 days/week. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to create clear and concise training documentation for new software, modification(s), hardware, or process(es) for both users and the IT group.
  • Ability to manage and execute concurrent projects.
  • Advanced Office 365 experience.
  • Has assisted in or was Lead in Project Management.
  • Knowledge compliance requirements such as HIPAA, SOX, PCI.
  • Is a self-starter and has the ability to research solutions without direction from management.
  • Is organized and able to prioritize tickets based on urgency and needs of the user(s).
