The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating with the appropriate stakeholders in order to achieve a project’s success.  This may include the coordination of supplies, materials, and labor needed to provide a successful installation of equipment. The Project Manager will manage and serve as a mentor for Project Engineers who will provide project support.

The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining key accounts by managing customer relationships and sales.  The Account Managers primary function is to manage all processes from concept to completion under each account and individual job.

Manages installations projects for commercial kitchens. Coordinates Change Orders as needed and ensures customer satisfaction. Analyzes and coordinates the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basis. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Will serve as a point of contact for the client or customer.

As a Lead Estimator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of our foodservice projects by providing accurate and detailed cost estimates. The Lead Estimator is responsible for coordinating reviews of plans, equipment/supplies/services, and scope of work and assembling estimates for project costs. The position requires communication with internal team members, clients, consultants, architects, engineers and vendors regarding foodservice projects, equipment specifications and scope of work. The Lead Estimator must be self-motivated with high energy, and the ability to interact with numerous individuals, in multiple functions, within a dynamic and changing environment.  

Position coordinates and reviews the formulation and finalization of contracts and subcontracts as required in coordination with management. Ensure compliance with contract terms,  regulations, policies and procedures. Position also coordinates issuance of bonds and insurance certificates when required by customers.

This position is responsible for supporting all warehouse functions including but limited to receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparing products for delivery while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion. A Warehouse Worker is responsible for varied daily tasks such as restocking shelves, accepting incoming orders, processing and packing orders, counting inventory and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner.

The Project Manager supports all aspects of project management involving planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating activities to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget. The Project Manager uses discretion and independent judgement, within established policies and procedures, in selecting the methods utilized to achieve project goals. The Project Manager must be self-motivated with high energy and the ability to interact with numerous individuals, in multiple functions, in a dynamic and changing environment. Must also be able to travel up to 80%.  

  The Assistant Project Manager supports the Key Account Manager in all aspects of project management involving planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating activities to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget. The Assistant Project Manager uses discretion and independent judgement, within established policies and procedures, in selecting the methods utilized to achieve project goals. The Assistant Project Manager must be self-motivated with high energy and the ability to interact with numerous individuals, in multiple functions, in a dynamic and changing environment.
