The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for providing HR support and consultation to assigned Contracts, Corporate and Distribution units. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and serves as a consultant to management with responsibility for employee relations, performance management, compensation planning, training, and implementation, as well as acts as a liaison for managers and HR Operations Team.
